Sunetha created Arculus Funds Management with a core focus of Capital Preservation. As CEO she works closely with the entire team to maintain oversight of all aspects of the business, with specific focus on Finance and compliance. She has a strong background in business administration and an inherent belief that managing conflicts of interest is central to good funds management.
Gary Tapp
Senior Manager, Risk, Business Support & Operations
Gary has over 40 years Financial Services Experience across numerous roles and functions, with 15 years as the Key Account Manager to HNW & UHNW Individuals, Families, Family Offices and Advisors/Planners. Either side of this and for the past 15 years he has specialised in Operational Roles including: Project Management, Operational Risk, Business Support and both Database and Process Management.
Having worked Internationally for major Wealth Management Firms, and collaborating on numerous cross border projects, including Corporate and System integration for medium to large scale offices, his wide-ranging knowledge and expertise is highly valued.

Renny Ellis
Director & Head of Portfolio Management
Renny founded GCI Australia in 2013. Renny is the Responsible Manager and Key Person on the AFSL’s of Arculus Funds Management, GCI Australia, SACFM, Arculus Capital, BCI Australia and DDH Graham Limited. He has managed capital on an absolute return basis in the fixed and credit asset classes for 30 years across a range of mandates for individuals, life insurers, corporations, wealth managers and public unit funds. He has a background in economics, derivatives, quantitative and corporate finance practised consistently in line with his view of risk, ethics and preserving capital as a first priority.
Michael Saba
Investment Committee
Michael has been active in the Fixed Income, ASX ETO and OTC markets for over 30 years as an analyst and broker at major Australian broking houses such as ANZ McCaughan and Goldman Sachs JBWere. From 2009-2019 Michael started and managed the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives team at Evans and Partners. This involved overseeing the exchange traded and OTC debt and hybrid dealing desk for primary and secondary trading, as a Portfolio manager for a number of private and public fixed interest portfolios as well as an Equity Derivatives fund. Michael was a board member for Evans and Partners from 2015-2017. In the last 10 years Michael has sat on various investment committees in both professional and volunteer roles. Michael has a Ph.D in science from Monash University and a Masters in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne
Michael Strachan
Investment Committee
Michael has extensive investment experience across both traditional asset classes and alternative investments, having worked in investment management organisations and pension funds. His most recent role was CIO of Equipsuper where he was responsible for multiple defined benefit, defined contribution and allocated pension plans and managed internal equity, fixed income and infrastructure portfolios, active asset allocation, as well as all external manager selection and relationships. Michael currently serves on the Investment Committee of a major Australian agricultural sector endowment, the Gardiner Foundation. He has a BSc (Hons), PhD and MBA from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew McQueen
Investment Committee
30 years of Financial Services and Superannuation Investment experience with Equipsuper, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. His responsibilities have included institutional equities broking with responsibility for Australian, Asian, and global equities. Management responsibilities including capital commitment and underwriting for a global investment bank. Andrew was also responsible for managing $7 billion AUD of superannuation investments including equities, fixed interest, cash and unlisted assets as well as managing the funds currency hedging program.

Analyst
With over 20 years’ business and consulting experience, Cameron supports the Analytical side of the Arculus Capital business together with a broader team of industry level specialists. Having been based over the past 7 years internationally performing global roles for several global organisations, he brings knowledge of multiple industries, such as Telecommunications, Logistics, Automotive, Banking & Healthcare to Arculus Capital. Furthermore, his skills set includes Financial and Credit Analysis, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Human Resource Management.

Head of Sales and Distribution
Linda is the most recent acquisition to the Arculus team and works out of Sydney but encompasses all of Australia including regional bases. Linda brings a wealth of experience and is responsible for selling the firm’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Distribution
Arculus uses a network of qualified independent representatives to focus on and manage relationships with a number of intermediaries including IFAs, dealer groups, platforms, fund managers and sub-institutional clients. The focus is to provide access to bespoke opportunities not usually available to the sub-institutional market. All our representatives have many years of experience working with various financial intermediaries, helping them source suitable investments for their clients across multiple asset classes and risk profiles.
